STEP 1/8
First, cut off the head of the stomach, and then dig the insides. (Be careful not to make a hole~) *It's better to throw away the hard side and the seeded part.

You can cut the soft part of the stomach and the apple into small pieces

You can fill the inside of the stomach with apples and pears that are 1.5 to 2cm thick. Add pomegranate juice and water. (There are two pears prepared, so you can add half and half!)

Put the pear in a steam steamer, cover it, and steam it over medium heat for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
