STEP 1/13
First, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the microwave
Mix with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
STEP 2/13
Cut the plain bread in half.
You can use the local bread.
Spread this evenly on all four sides.
STEP 3/13
Bake the bread over medium heat until golden.
STEP 4/13
I'd like to have sliced ham, too.
STEP 5/13
I'll break 2 eggs and add 4 tablespoons of milk
Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
STEP 6/13
Place butter lightly in a frying pan and scramble.
I usually grab it gently with tongs to shape it, but I just did it.
When the scramble is cooked to a certain extent, turn off the heat and cook with residual heat.
STEP 7/13
I'm going to make the sauce.
Mayonnaise 1: Mix condensed milk 1 to make sauce.
STEP 8/13
For another sauce, mix mayonnaise (0.5) : sriracha sauce (1) : condensed milk (0.5).
STEP 9/13
Now cut the bread about two-thirds.
STEP 10/13
I'll put Sriracha sauce in between
STEP 11/13
Add cheese and ham
STEP 12/13
Set the bread up and add scrambled eggs.
STEP 13/13
Sprinkle with condensed milk sauce on top and decorate with parsley.
Then, egg drop is complete.
I added a lot of garlic butter, so the garlic smell was pretty good.
It wasn't too sweet, so I personally enjoyed it more
If you make the condensed milk sauce and make the Sriracha sauce with the leftover, the sauce will be saved and good. I have a strong garlic scent, so you can put in a small amount if you want
