STEP 1/9
Remove the skin of the sweet potato and cut it into 4cm polygonal pieces.

Dip the cut sweet potatoes in cold water to remove starch and place them on a kitchen towel to remove moisture.

Add sweet potatoes to preheated oil and fry them while stirring.

Poke the fried sweet potatoes with a toothpick to see if they are cooked and put them on a kitchen towel to remove the grease.

Melt 4 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over low heat.

If there is a slight brown color at the end, stir to create a transparent brown color.

When the syrup is complete, add the fried sweet potatoes and mix them evenly.

After oiling the plate, let go of the sweet potatoes one by one and cool them down.

Place the cooled finished product on a plate and complete.
