Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut zucchini in the shape of the picture. Cut it into bite-size pieces, not too thin or too thick.Sprinkle a little salt on the sliced zucchini and season it.
STEP 2/8
Beat in 3 eggs so that the yolk of the egg is evenly.
STEP 3/8
Put pancake powder on the zucchini. Put it on evenly.
STEP 4/8
Put the zucchini in the pancake powder clothes into the beaten egg and coat it with the egg clothes. Thread it with a spoon and let it wear egg clothes evenly.
STEP 5/8
Pour cooking oil about 3 times in a frying pan and spread cooking oil evenly in the pan.
STEP 6/8
Adjust the heat from medium to low and put the zucchini in egg clothes on top.If it's too hot from the beginning, the zucchini won't be cooked and it can only burn the egg clothes, so control the heat.
STEP 7/8
Turn the pan over when the side is golden brown.Turn the heat down to low heat, please. It's done when both sides are cooked evenly.
STEP 8/8
When both sides are cooked evenly, turn off the heat and cool down with a kitchen towel on a well-ventilated basket.Cool at intervals so that egg clothes do not stick together.
If it's over high heat from the beginning, the frying pan oil may burn. Also, the zucchini is not cooked and only the egg clothes can burn, so cook it over medium to low heat. You can coat it evenly with plastic, but it's not good for environmental protection because of the plastic waste, so just put the pancake powder on the bowl.
