The chicken skin was marinated in milk for about 2 hours. That way, you can get rid of the smell. Wash the marinated chicken skin with cold water and drain it. After that, start seasoning. The seasoning is very, very simple. I'm going to make it with salt. Add salt, pepper, and basil powder and season.

Marinate the seasoned chicken skin for about 10 minutes, add green onion oil and olive oil after 10 minutes, and mix well.

Then, put it in the air fryer and fry it. It was fried for a total of 24 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees for 12 minutes back and forth. If you want a soft texture, reduce the time and fry it. I like crispy texture, so I fried it with more time.
