Kimchi tteokbokki
My husband said he wanted to eat kimchi tteokbokki that his mother made for him when he was young, so I imitated him^^

Ingredients
  • Bar rice cake

  • Vienna sausage
    100g
  • Cheese

  • red pepper paste
    2spoon
  • the liquid of tuna
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    3spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the garaetteok in half and put it in a pan so that the rice cake is soaked in water! Dissolve 2 spoons of red pepper paste in water and boil.
STEP 2/4
Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces, stir-fry it once, and put it in number 1 with sausage.
(If the kimchi tastes sour, add 2 to 3 spoons of sugar.)
STEP 3/4
When it starts to boil, add 2 spoons of tuna liquid and cover with oligosaccharide.
STEP 4/4
Season to your taste and put cheese on top and eat it deliciously.
If it's annoying, you can stir-fry kimchi from the beginning and add rice cake, water, and red pepper paste to it! Add ingredients in the refrigerator to your liking
