Subway Style Part 1 Perfect Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
It's an oatmeal cookie, but it's a cranberry white chocolate cookie, not an oatmeal cookie I knew. The sweet, chewy, fresh, fluffy taste..Make sure to make it!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add sugar and brown sugar to butter and whip at low speed for 1 minute to brighten the butter color.
STEP 2/8
Add vanilla extract, eggs and salt and mix smoothly.
STEP 3/8
Whip the floor and wall with a rubber spatula once more so that there are no parts that do not mix.
STEP 4/8
Sift baking soda and gravitational powder and mix with oatmeal.
STEP 5/8
Mix as if cutting dough with a knife.
STEP 6/8
When almost all of them are mixed without any raw powder, add cranberries and white chocolate chips and mix them together to finish.
STEP 7/8
Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape with paper foil and refrigerate it for 3 hours. (There are two cylinders 8cm in diameter.)
STEP 8/8
When the tissue is finished, peel off the foil, cut it into 1.5cm pieces, and bake it in a 180-degree oven for 18 minutes.
[Preparing] - Remove butter and eggs at room temperature in advance. (To make butter completely soft) - Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.(The refrigerator will rest, so you can preheat it just before baking it.) - If you don't have chocolate chips, cut the cover and use it.

    There was a lot of sugar, so I added 200g of brown sugar instead of white sugar. I think it's okay I think it's okay to make it less sweet I took it away early because I was afraid it would burn because the oven was too strong, but it didn't taste good, so I turned it more and it became charcoal...[Crying]Oh, I'm having a bad day But the recipe is really good. I recommend it to everyone

    It's so delicious Since there was a lot of sugar, I left the brown sugar as it was and cut the white sugar in half, so it's perfect for me. It's the best cookie ever!! How many times have I been making this recipe.. I should make up for the thank-you review instead of kneading cookiesI'm using it because I want to.
