Add sugar and brown sugar to butter and whip at low speed for 1 minute to brighten the butter color.

Add vanilla extract, eggs and salt and mix smoothly.

Whip the floor and wall with a rubber spatula once more so that there are no parts that do not mix.

Sift baking soda and gravitational powder and mix with oatmeal.

Mix as if cutting dough with a knife.

When almost all of them are mixed without any raw powder, add cranberries and white chocolate chips and mix them together to finish.

Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape with paper foil and refrigerate it for 3 hours. (There are two cylinders 8cm in diameter.)

When the tissue is finished, peel off the foil, cut it into 1.5cm pieces, and bake it in a 180-degree oven for 18 minutes.

- Remove butter and eggs at room temperature in advance. (To make butter completely soft)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.(The refrigerator will rest, so you can preheat it just before baking it.)
- If you don't have chocolate chips, cut the cover and use it.
