Kanomchin, a traditional Thai rice noodle dish, is usually eaten when there are big events such as weddings and holidays. Except for lemon glass and coriander, it is made using glass noodles instead of rice noodles

  • Salt

    50ml
  • Coconut milk
    200ml

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Soak the glass noodles in water.
STEP 2/11
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
STEP 3/11
Prepare peanuts by mincing them.
STEP 4/11
Slice the green onion sideways.
STEP 5/11
Chop the garlic and prepare it.
STEP 6/11
Stir-fry cooking oil, garlic, and green onion in a frying pan.
STEP 7/11
If it smells like green onion, add the meat and stir-fry it.
STEP 8/11
When the meat is about 2/3 cooked, add red pepper powder and stir-fry.
STEP 9/11
Stir-fry the meat and boil it with water, coconut milk, sugar, vinegar, and fish sauce.
STEP 10/11
Blanch the glass noodles slightly in hot water.
STEP 11/11
Add the glass noodles and simmer until about 1/3 of the sauce remains.
* You can use pork except for pork belly. * It tastes better with cilantro.
