STEP 1/9
First, prepare 1/3 green onions and chop them.
Chop onions and carrots, if any.
If you don't have it, you don't have to put it in.
STEP 2/9
Please prepare 2 paper cups of kimchi.
Two fists is enough.
STEP 3/9
I used thick pork belly for pork belly.
Cut it into 2cm pieces.
You can also use the sliced pork belly.
STEP 4/9
First, put cooking oil on the frying pan
Stir-fry the meat, please.
STEP 5/9
When the meat is half cooked
Add green onions and stir-fry.
STEP 6/9
If it smells like green onion oil
Add kimchi and stir-fry together.
(Add carrots and onions while stir-frying onions.)
STEP 7/9
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and red pepper powder
Please stir-fry it.
STEP 8/9
Add rice and stir-fry.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry it. It's done!
