Prepare the ingredients.

Prepare the beef bone soup sold in the market.

Cut kimchi into 3cm pieces.

Stir-fry pork and chopped kimchi in a pot.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry together.

When the pork is cooked, add beef bone soup.

Add kimchi soup.

Boil for about 10 minutes.

Cut tofu, cheongyang red pepper, and green onion.

Add Cheongyang red pepper and green onion.

Boil the chopped tofu in the stew for another 5 minutes.

If you put the sliced green onion on it, it's finished with beef bone kimchi stew.
*The soup is deep and cool because the beef bone soup is thick.
*If you feel that the seasoning is a bit bland, you can season it with kimchi soup or fish sauce.
