Very simple rice noodle recipe
One of the hardest temptations to quit when you start weight management is to cut back on carbohydrates, and among them, cutting off noodles seems to be the hardest thing. I think it's all the more so because I personally like noodles and enjoy them a lot. It's been a while since I made noodles. Today, I'm going to do a simple version of how to make rice noodles with you. Originally, to make rice noodles properly, you have to use various spices in the broth that has been boiled for a long time, but today, I'm going to make a simple recipe that makes beef broth and tastes it. But it's a recipe that guarantees the taste, so should we make it together now?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
1] First, soak rice noodles in lukewarm water. You have to soak it for about 30 minutes, so it is recommended to soak the noodles first.
STEP 2/7
2] I'll chop the green onions for garnish and chop the cheongyang peppers.
STEP 3/7
3] And I'm going to make the broth. Add green onion roots and kelp to 500mL of water and boil for about 5 minutes.
STEP 4/7
4] I used this simple broth concentration capsule product these days. Add 1 and season to taste with 1/3t of pepper and 1/2t of salt. We're going to make the noodles later, so it's better to make it more simple.
STEP 5/7
5] Parboil the beef slices and put them separately in a bowl to prepare garnish.
STEP 6/7
6] Add the soaked rice noodles to the prepared broth, soak them three or four times, and cook the noodles. It's called "pure."
STEP 7/7
7] If you put a lot of noodles, broth, and garnish, it's a simple way to make rice noodles. I'd like to recommend a special noodle dish recipe. I forgot to buy a lime, but it would be better if you add a lime. The soup was cooler and better than I thought. I like raw bean sprouts, so I put it in last, but if you don't like it, you can cook it in the soup. Enjoy your day! :)
1) If you pour the noodles into the broth, it tastes even better because the seasoning is soaked. 2) It's refreshing and delicious if you add Cheongyang red pepper.
