STEP 1/7
Wash the peppers clean and remove the top

Cut it in half with scissors
There needs to be some water in the pepper

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour evenly and mix
STEP 4/7
Put cotton cloth or paper foil on a steamer and steam it for 5 minutes
*If you use paper foil, make scissors in between
STEP 5/7
Remove the slightly steamed kkari peppers from the steamer and cool them down
STEP 6/7
Add soy sauce/minced garlic/red pepper powder/sugar/minced green onion/sesame oil and mix well
STEP 7/7
It's rich in vitamin C, so it's easy and simple to make side dishes for the hot summer
Instead of glutinous rice flour, I put in flour or barley powder
