STEP 1/10
Chop onions, shiitake mushrooms, pumpkins, and green onions thickly, and season beef with salt and pepper.

Make seasoning with 2 tablespoons of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, and 1/3 tablespoon of sugar.

Put oil in a pan and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of onion, beef, and garlic.

When the meat is cooked, add shiitake mushrooms and pumpkins and stir-fry them.

Put in the sauce..Mix it well and stir-fry it

Add 2/3 cups of water and stir-fry as if cooking.

Lastly, add green onions and stir-fry them.

Place the soybean paste in a bowl.

Wash and cut chives in moderation, add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and mix them gently.

Put seasoned chives on top of rice and doenjang..Eggs are free^^
It's good if you add clams or seafood to the soybean paste
