Spinach tofu soup

Ingredients
  • Spinach
    1handful
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • dried shrimp
    1/2cup
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • leek
    2TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2TS
  • fish sauce
    1TS
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Prepare spinach by removing the roots and washing it.
STEP 2/9
Shake off the dried shrimp and rinse it slightly with water.
STEP 3/9
Put a little bit of oil in a pot and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 2 tablespoon of minced green onion first.
STEP 4/9
When the garlic scent comes up, add dried shrimp and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/9
Add spinach and mix slightly.
STEP 6/9
Add 4 cups of water and boil it.
STEP 7/9
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce,
STEP 8/9
Cut the tofu into cubes and boil it again.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add a little bit of salt and pepper and it's done!!
Tofu is stew tofu, soft tofu, and soft tofu~~^^
