It's a familiar but unfamiliar dish today. It's Casuela I made it. You can easily think of this dish as gambas. It's a dish made with various seafood besides shrimp.

  • Cocktail shrimp

  • mushroom
    2ea
  • Garlic
    10ea
  • peperoncino
    10ea
  • bay leaf
    3piece
  • Salt
    1/2TS
  • olive oil
    150ml
  • a plain bread

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, cut the bread vertically into three pieces
I'm going to make toast.
You can prepare a baguette.

Chop up the garlic,
Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
STEP 3/7
Peel off the skin of the squid
Cut it into big pieces.

Crushed garlic, salt, pepperoncino, bay leaves,
Add olive oil and bring to a boil over low heat.

If you don't have peperoncino, go with cheongyang red pepper,
If you don't have bay leaves, you can skip them.

Add squid, shrimp and mushroom and cook well.
