Simple side dish. Cabbage and ham stir-fry

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
You can use any type of ham. I used a thin slice of ham
I thought I could use bacon.
Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces and wash the cabbage well and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice one Cheongyang chili pepper diagonally for a little bit of sharpness.

Mix soy sauce, mirin 2T, and sugar 1T in a wide bowl to mix the seasonings well
Be ready.

Stir-fry cabbage in an oiled pan first.
I put in the ham late because it's sliced ham, but please put in the thick ham now.

Add sliced ham and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes before the cabbage dies.
STEP 5/5
I'll add the sauce
After dabbing the pepper a couple of times, add a tablespoon of sesame oil and add Cheongyang red pepper and turn off the heat when the seasonings mix well.
You have to stir-fry it quickly over high heat to get less water.
