Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
1. Remove the skin of the green onion seeds and wash them

3. Mix chopped red pepper with chives

4. Make pickle water and boil it. (1 1/2 cup water,
1 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1T salt, 1/2 cup soy sauce)

5. Pour the boiled soy sauce water into the chives when it is hot
Season the soy sauce with less salt to make the pickles clear
