Cut the eggplant and onion into appropriate sizes.

Grease the pan and fry it.

While frying, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, and 1/3 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

Stir-fry eggplants and onions until they die

Add 1 tablespoon of starch syrup and stir-fry it.

If you put it on a plate, it's a side dish.
STEP 7/7
Put it on top of the rice and put a fried egg on top of it!!
If you sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds on the rice bowl, you can eat it more savory.
