Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut off the hard end of the dooreup, then remove the attached outer shell.
STEP 2/6
Add the dough ingredients written on top and mix lightly with a whisk.
STEP 3/6
Gently coat the outside of the dooreup with frying powder. (If there's no water, it won't be coated well, so there's a bit left.)
STEP 4/6
You can soak it in the batter water.
STEP 5/6
Put the tofu in the oil preheated to 170 degrees and fry it over medium heat for 1 minute.
STEP 6/6
It tastes even better if you dip it in soy sauce.
Cup = 200 cc measuring cup, T = 15 cc measuring spoon and chopsticks.
