Wash the grapefruit by mixing baking soda and sea salt.

Cut the grapefruit vertically and use a tool to dig out the pulp.

Remove the inner skin of the grapefruit.

Add honey to grapefruit and meat and marinate while gelatin is soaked.

Squeeze the juice out of the skin of the grapefruit on a sieve.

Soak the pangelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.

Put the soaked gelatin in 1/4 cup grapefruit juice and microwave it for about 40 seconds.

Add cooled grapefruit juice, grapefruit ade, lemon juice and sugar and mix.

Pour the mixture of honeyed pulp into the grapefruit peel.
STEP 10/11
Pour the remaining mixture into the grapefruit peel.
STEP 11/11
Let it harden in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
You can taste fruit-flavored jelly in summer.
