Sichuan style stir-fried clams - perfect for housewarming, guest
Today, I'm going to make it a bit spicy I made stir-fried clams. Recommended for housewarming parties, guest invitations, and simple side dishes!! Noodles are a must!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut green onions for green onion oil,
Slice the garlic thinly.
Shred the ginger and mash the pepperoncino.
STEP 2/8
The clams that are dried up
Blanch in boiling water until mouth is opened.
STEP 3/8
Put cooking oil in a frying pan
Stir-fry green onions, garlic, ginger, and pepperoncino.
STEP 4/8
When the scent comes up, add 2 tablespoons and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
Please make the sauce.
STEP 5/8
Put the clam meat first
Cook it.
STEP 6/8
When the clam meat is fully cooked
Add the blanched clams and stir-fry them together.
STEP 7/8
And while frying, add a bit of clam broth
If you stir-fry it one more time, it's done.
STEP 8/8
You have to boil the noodles and eat them together
