Prepare the ingredients.
Remove butter at room temperature beforehand and soften slightly.

Spread butter in oven bowl.

Mash butter, salt, and digest into a zipper pack to form a fine dough.

Place mashed dough flat in oven bowl at 3 and poke holes with fork.

Peel and slice the apples.
(Cut and add to sugar water to prevent browning. Then it won't turn brown.)

Drain in a strainer.

In 6, add the juice of cinnamon, sugar, salt, and lemon in the pan and simmer over medium heat.

You can boil it down this much.

Place the boiled apples on the dough bowl and top with the sauce from the boil down.

Slice the Kaya cheese on the 3rd floor of Namyang into 4 pieces.

Place Kaya cheese nicely on a bowl.

Bake in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes.

Lastly, if you spray salt on the top, it's done!
I felt it after eating it, but I was disappointed that it would have been better if I put more cheese on it than I saw in the picture. And the sun-dried salt that you spray at the end is really amazing. Don't forget to spray it!!
