Third floor! Sweet and salty Kaya cheese apple pie!
Apple pie with non cream cheese? Sweet, salty, and sweet apple pie! Recently, I ate kaya gem and it was so delicious that I've been looking for it often. Kaya cheese on the 3rd floor was released, so I ate it raw right away, and it was really delicious. The combination of kaya in between the cheese was so interesting and unique, so I wanted to cook something unique and weird, and it was so delicious that I wrote this. It might be uncomfortable to post it for the first time! I hope you enjoy this taste, too!!

Ingredients
  • apple

  • Digest

  • Butter
    40g
  • Lemon
    1/2ea
  • Sugar
    50g
  • a sun-dried salt
    little
  • cinnamon powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Prepare the ingredients.
Remove butter at room temperature beforehand and soften slightly.
STEP 2/13
Spread butter in oven bowl.
STEP 3/13
Mash butter, salt, and digest into a zipper pack to form a fine dough.
STEP 4/13
Place mashed dough flat in oven bowl at 3 and poke holes with fork.
STEP 5/13
Peel and slice the apples.
(Cut and add to sugar water to prevent browning. Then it won't turn brown.)
STEP 6/13
Drain in a strainer.
STEP 7/13
In 6, add the juice of cinnamon, sugar, salt, and lemon in the pan and simmer over medium heat.

You can boil it down this much.
STEP 9/13
Place the boiled apples on the dough bowl and top with the sauce from the boil down.
STEP 10/13
Slice the Kaya cheese on the 3rd floor of Namyang into 4 pieces.

Place Kaya cheese nicely on a bowl.
STEP 12/13
Bake in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes.

Lastly, if you spray salt on the top, it's done!
I felt it after eating it, but I was disappointed that it would have been better if I put more cheese on it than I saw in the picture. And the sun-dried salt that you spray at the end is really amazing. Don't forget to spray it!!
