  • crushed garlic

  • Water
    350ml
  • Milk
    150ml
  • dried bonito

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop the garlic and prepare it.
STEP 2/5
Put 350ml of water in a pot and boil it with ramen soup and minced garlic.
STEP 3/5
When the water boils, add the noodles.
STEP 4/5
When the noodles are slightly melted, add milk and boil for two to three minutes.
STEP 5/5
Put the ramen in a bowl and put the katsuobushi on top.

    In the past, the original taste of ramen was good.. I don't like instant food these days, so I keep adding things~ I enjoyed the new recipe and had a delicious meal :) But at first, I put a little bit of water and all the soup and boil it I cut the noodles too hard...As I ate it, it was a little salty.. Don't put all the soup in from the beginning.. I think it's okay to add the rest of the milk when you add it
