STEP 1/6
Peel the potatoes, cut them into good sizes, and steam them in a steamer for 20 minutes.
(Keep potatoes covered with airy newspaper or dark plastic to prevent them from sprouting.)

Grind the nachos finely in a grinder.
Instead of breadcrumbs, I like it because it's flavorful.

Pound steamed potatoes with a bat when they are hot.

Add onions, carrots, salt, parsley powder, and pepper to the ground potatoes and knead them.
Mix with spoon and knead with hand to form a lump.

Spread the dough potatoes and add cheese to make them round.
Please make it so that the cheese doesn't come out.I put nacho powder and bread crumbs on it.
Put the batter in the order of flour, egg, and bread crumbs.

Sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees air fryer for 10 minutes.
I ground the bread crumbs on the grinder.
The reason is that the air fryer dries bread crumbs unless soaked in oil, so the mouth gets dry. When you use bread crumbs, grind them finely in a grinder.
It's better to use sweet potatoes instead of potatoes than just cheese.
Especially, purple sweet potatoes are sweeter and more delicious.
Instead of bread crumbs, you can use nacho powder or other biscuit powder.
If you don't have a grinder, cover it with bread crumbs, soak it in oil, and fry it in an air fryer.
