Ginseng ros ramen
I wanted to enjoy the ramen that I ate every day in a different way, so I made a healthy ramen after trying many things.

  • Ramen

  • Milk
    1/2~1cup
  • Red pepper powder

  • Ginseng

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
* Prepare the ingredients first.
- 1 ramen, a cup of cool milk (or half a cup), half a ginseng soup, a little pepper powder, a little green onion
I don't care what kind of ramen it is, but the slightly spicy ramen is more delicious.

Bring to a boil the liquid soup, green onions, etc
* I'll throw away the boiling water later, so the amount of water doesn't matter

When the water starts to boil, add the noodles and boil for about 1 minute.

When the noodles are slightly cooked, turn off the heat and throw away the ramen water.

After disposing of all the water, add a cup of cool milk.
(*If you like, you can add half a cup of milk. However, make sure to add cold milk to make the noodles firm *^^*)

Add seasoning powder and pepper powder, and boil over medium heat for 1 more minute
STEP 7/8
Lastly, add the prepared ginseng and soft red pepper and boil for about 2 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, if you put it in a pretty bowl, ginseng roze ramen is complete!!!
It's a bit salty if you put in one soup, so please put in half of the ramen soup.
