STEP 1/8
I usually shop for frozen food at Chinese marts. Norwegian mackerel trimmed in Korea is sold cheaply at Chinese marts. I must have gone through a lot of work and came across the sea, but it doesn't smell at all and it doesn't taste fishy, so I put a few packs of it and when there are no side dishes, I simply grill it in an air fryer and eat it. I'll prepare three or four cuts. It's really done as long as you grill it's.
STEP 2/8
Please put foil on the air fryer first. You don't have to clean it as long as you grill the fish and throw away the foil underneath. I'm going to cover the top with foil to prevent oil splashing. It doesn't smoke, it doesn't smell, and it's cooked well, so I always eat it like this.
STEP 3/8
Now, I'm going to put the mackerel meat down and put some cooking oil on it. Usually, the heating wire is located on top of it, so the side facing upward is baked quickly. I wanted to bake the skin more crispy, so I left it like this. Cover the top with a thin sheet of foil.
STEP 4/8
It's an air fryer menu that I make often, so I can tell you that time is the best time. At 400 degrees Fahrenheit [200 degrees Celsius] for 15 minutes, it's cooked really, really well. Oh, of course, if you follow the setting above, and if you grill it without foil, you have to reduce the time to about 10 minutes.
STEP 5/8
I'll open it after 15 minutes and check it out. If you want to grill two or three more together, you should increase the time.
STEP 6/8
It's well-done. I like to bake this much, so I finished it here, put it on a plate, and just sprinkled a little bit of parsley powder to completely.
STEP 7/8
The outside is well-done, but the inner flesh is very moist and soft. I highly recommend this method because you can grill it deliciously without any smoke or smell at home.
STEP 8/8
Today, we're here with you with a simple recipe for grilled mackerel and air fryer fish. It can't be simpler than this because it's done by putting it in and pressing the button when there's no side dish, right? Enjoy your day! :)
1) Reduce smell and smoke with foil.
2) If you put in a sheath, it cooks quickly to the inside.
