[Commercialization of convenient food] Seafood lunch box
As it is an easy seafood competition, we made a meal that can be eaten with six special side dishes that can be made easily. I thought it would be good to make various dishes more easily than one menu and taste good (fish, seaweed, crustaceans, shellfish), and I couldn't find seafood lunch boxes at convenience stores, so I thought it would be suitable to make and sell them as lunch boxes because all side dishes can be left for a long time when refrigerated and frozen.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/26
All marine products were made in Korea, and saury was canned.

(Soybean paste sauce saury rice)
Drain the saury and mix the soybean paste and mirin.

Spread the soybean paste sauce on the saury, and bake in a pan.

This is the completed doenjang sauce saury rice.

(Cherry mackerel hamburger steak
Mackerel is minced by removing only the thorn in the middle, and minced onions.

Add minced mackerel, onion, egg, ginger, and flour and mix.

Shape hamburger steak and bake in a pan until golden.

Mix the oyster sauce and Tabasco and stir-fry the mackerel in the grilled oil.

(Fried abalone curry with built-in abalone sauce)
Use a toothbrush to brush off foreign substances and use a spoon to remove the flesh. Remove the pink teeth and prepare the intestines by mincing them.

Make a dough by adding water to the frying powder and curry powder.

Fry in 180 degrees oil.

Stir-fry the intestines with sesame oil and boil down with curry powder and 100ml of water.

Remove the skin of the squid and cut it into bite-size pieces.
Shred radish and marinate it in salt water.

Blanch squid in boiling water.

This is squid kimchi.
Saury is okay because it doesn't have big fine thorns, but it's easier to eat if you remove the thorns on the fin side. It can be made as a lunch box, and it was a good dish to eat at home.
