STEP 1/9
Put dried shiitake mushrooms and kelp in 3 cups of water to make broth.
Slice 1/4 onions thinly, and slice green onions sideways.
When shiitake mushrooms are soft enough, drain and shred.

Pour the recommended amount of shiitake mushroom broth (500ml or 550ml) and add the soup and boil it.
And when it starts to boil, add ramen and 1 egg and bring to a boil.

When the egg is cooked white, add the soup and boil it.

Next, add sliced onions, shiitake mushrooms, and leeks and boil them.

For cooked ramen, put the noodles in a bowl first and put them in the order of soup and eggs.
And sprinkle pepper and red pepper powder to suit your taste and complete it!

We used vegetable broth and had plenty of onions, so it definitely feels more luxurious than the ramen we've been eating!

You can enjoy it relatively more neatly thanks to the boiled eggs.

If you are using raw shiitake mushrooms, boil them with kelp and serve the broth before using them!
