Peel the skin on the head of the soothing plant, and use your fingernails to scratch the soil around the roots
Wash the dried wild chives in water, drain them, and cut them into 3 to 4 pieces to make it easy to eat
Scrub the cucumber with thick salt

Add chili powder 1, soy sauce 1, anchovy sauce or sand lance extract 1, vinegar 1, minced garlic 0.5 and sugar 0.5
Mix it together and make the sauce.
It tastes better if you add fish sauce to the seasoned dish.
