Wash chicken necks once or twice and marinate them in milk. To remove the smell and drain the blood.

Prepare the seasoning while marinating. There are two versions, one is grilled with salt and the other is grilled with very spicy sauce. Let's make the sauce for the grilled . Prepare it with minced garlic, cheongyang red pepper, green onion, and chopped ginger.

Add red pepper powder, red pepper powder with thick red pepper seeds, and sugar.

To season, add brewed soy sauce, cooking wine, honey, and pepper to make a hot spicy seasoning.

Mix it well with red pepper paste and fiery flavored oil. Then the spicy sauce is complete. You can make buldak with this sauce and use it for grilled squid. You can use it as a spicy sauce or seasoning. If you make a lot of and store it in the refrigerator, it will ripen naturally and become a spicy seasoning with a savory taste. So I used it for stir-fried squid and grilled chicken poo sauce.

Put it in the refrigerator and let it ripen. We marinated the chicken neck in milk and matured it for 10 minutes. And then I marinated it two hours later.

Season the grilled salt first. Add salt, pepper, and herb powder and mix well.

Then, put it in the refrigerator for a while and marinate it until the seasoning is properly soaked.

Take out the seasoning from the refrigerator and season it little by little according to the amount. Mix it with a thin layer of water until it turns red.

I marinated all the marinated grilled meat. Put it back in the refrigerator and let it ripen.

Grill salt on a heated pan first. You should grill the marinated grilled meat after you finish. Grilled pork neck with salt is done here. It cooks quickly, so if you're a heated pan, you can grill it back and forth in 5 minutes and eat it until it's golden brown. The texture is like chewing vertically. It's chewy and less oily, and it's light, so it's really good.
