    Use lettuce in a proper size..I bought a big one and it's so alive. You have to wrap the lettuce after it's out of breath. I used something fresh without losing my breath and it breaks as I dry it.. There's a reason why you roll it with plastic wrap. I wanted to wrap it nicely for a picnic lunch, so I put some parchment paper for sandwich packaging and it won't dry up.. I think you need some cooking skills that are not in the recipe..I'm worried that the lettuce will run out when I eat later. I couldn't even dare to cut it in half. I used Whole Grain Mustard as the sauce for the sausage.
