STEP 1/7
First, prepare the chicken leg meat.
I used 400g.
Marinate it in milk first to remove the smell.
You can put them to sleep for 10 to 20 minutes
In the meantime, prepare the vegetables.

1/2 onion, 3 cabbage, 1/3 green onion
Cut 12 perilla leaves and 1 sweet potato.

Rinse the chicken and drain it
2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and pepper
Add it and mix it well.
STEP 4/7
Next, put cooking oil on the wok
Stir-fry the seasoned chicken.
STEP 5/7
When the meat is half cooked
Stir-fry sweet potatoes, cabbage, and onions together.
STEP 6/7
When the sweet potatoes are cooked, add the sesame leaves and green onions
Lastly, if you stir-fry it a little bit, it's done.
STEP 7/7
If it's too bland, add a bit of oyster sauce
You just need to season it.
