The menu I made today is spicy and sweet dakgalbi. Do you make spicy stir-fried chicken at home? Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, prepare the chicken leg meat.
I used 400g.
Marinate it in milk first to remove the smell.
You can put them to sleep for 10 to 20 minutes
In the meantime, prepare the vegetables.

1/2 onion, 3 cabbage, 1/3 green onion
Cut 12 perilla leaves and 1 sweet potato.

Rinse the chicken and drain it
2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and pepper
Add it and mix it well.

Next, put cooking oil on the wok
Stir-fry the seasoned chicken.

When the meat is half cooked
Stir-fry sweet potatoes, cabbage, and onions together.

When the sweet potatoes are cooked, add the sesame leaves and green onions
Lastly, if you stir-fry it a little bit, it's done.

If it's too bland, add a bit of oyster sauce

I was told to put oyster sauce if it was bland, but I thought it would taste better if I put it in, so I put it in without tasting it Fortunately, it's not salty, it's savory, and it's delicious, so I'm going to add oyster sauce next time.
