STEP 1/11
It's yeast with hotteok mix.
STEP 2/11
Put the yeast in the bowl
STEP 3/11
Pour in 1 cup lukewarm water and dissolve.
*Mix 2/3 cups of cold water and 1/3 cups of boiled water to make the right temperature.
STEP 4/11
Add hotteok mix and knead (about 5 minutes)
STEP 5/11
*Sieve the mixed sugar in the hotteok mix and hang the peanut ingredients. *The dough may tear when pushed with a rolling pin.
STEP 6/11
Divide the dough into appropriate sizes.
STEP 7/11
After flattening the dough, add a tablespoon of sugar mix, the inner ingredient, and then touch it roundly
STEP 8/11
Put it on the cutting board and gently push it evenly so that the ingredients don't come out with a bat.
STEP 9/11
*Put paper foil on the air fryer, place the dough on it, and initially heat at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
*From the second preheated, heat it for about 13 minutes.
(It's a small air fryer, so it took some time because only one went in.)
STEP 10/11
You can also put peanuts on top of the dough and bake them.
STEP 11/11
It's complete.
*If you eat it like this, it becomes crispy on one side, sweet on the inside, and soft hotteok on the other side.
*If you turn it upside down and turn it around for about 5 minutes, it becomes a crispy, so-called gonggal bread.
*If you put cooking oil on your hands and remove the dough, it won't stick, so you can conveniently put the ingredients inside and make it.
*Apply cooking oil evenly on the bat and roll the dough so it doesn't stick.
*If you sprinkle a little flour on the cutting board, it won't stick and is smuggled.
*To make a whole crispy ball bread, roll the dough thinner.
*Be careful when you take it out of the air fryer because the dough may burst and the hot sugar may get burned.
*The performance may vary depending on the air fryer product, so please adjust the time while doing it.
