STEP 2/8
Put anchovies and kelp in 6 cups of water and when it boils, take out the kelp and boil it for 15 minutes
Let's make broth.
It's good to have rice water, but I use water because I don't.
If you add rice water, it will taste more savory and deep.
STEP 3/8
Wash four bok choy thoroughly.
Bok choy tastes sweet and crunchy, so it's delicious to eat as fresh kimchi.
It's a delicious vegetable even if it's fried.
STEP 4/8
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, and slice the green onions and red peppers diagonally.
STEP 5/8
Mix 3 tablespoons of soybean paste in anchovy kelp stock and add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and bok choy
Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
Cook it slightly to make it crunchy.
STEP 6/8
Lastly, add tofu, green onions, and red pepper and boil it.
