Remove the eggs of green grapes, soak the baking soda in the dissolved water for about 10 minutes, wash it in running water, and drain it

Put water, vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, whole pepper, and cinnamon sticks in a pot and boil them until the sugar melts to make pickle juice

Put grapes in a hot sterilized glass container.

Pour the boiled pickle juice into a glass bottle of green grapes
STEP 5/6
Cover, turn the bottle upside down, and cool at room temperature
STEP 6/6
Store in the refrigerator when completely cooled.
* You can mix red grapes with pickles, but it's better to use something seedless and less watery if possible.
* It tastes the best if you ripen it for about two weeks. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month
