Frozen raw materials are sold in large quantities, so I've been dividing them and eating them little by little.

The first step in making croissants is to defrost frozen raw meat.

You have to defrost it for an hour and then ferment it for an hour. Fermentation works well when you see the shape of a wrap, swelling to twice the size of the raw paper

I put the raw paper on the foil, and the butter that comes out as it is defrosted is applied to the top of the brush one more time to bake it.

Bake in an air fryer at 175 for 9 minutes
The output is slightly different depending on the air fryer, so open it in the middle of the dish
