STEP 1/8
Rinse the lettuce in running water and tear it into bite-size pieces.
Slice tomatoes to a certain thickness, and prepare plenty of sliced ham!

Cut the Ciabatta bread in half,
Spread the whole grain mustard on one side and mayonnaise on the other.

Place lettuce and tomatoes on bread with sauce.

Fold the slice ham in half to create a wavy pattern,

Add ricotta cheese on top.
Cover the remaining bread and wrap it with parchment paper, and the Ciabatta sandwich is done :)
