Squid radish soup / Spicy soup recipe / Super simple soup dish
When I was in a hurry to cook soup..I'm thinking about what to do Squid radish soup is really good because you can boil it really fast!! It goes well with any food, and with radish, it's refreshing and spicyIt's great for hangover~^^

Ingredients
  • Squid
    2ea
  • Radish
    100g
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • leek
    1/2piece
  • kelp broth
    600ml
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1T
  • salted anchovies
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T
  • perilla oil
    2T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • Salt
    1/8T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut the radish into small pieces
(It's okay to cut it short too.)
STEP 2/10
Cut the squid into bite-size pieces.
(It's good to have one, but I really like squid, so I'll have one squid per person^^)
STEP 3/10
Place 2 spoons of perilla oil in a pot.
STEP 4/10
Add the sliced radish and squid and stir-fry them
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry it a little and pour the kelp stock.
STEP 6/10
Add the prepared seasoning.
I added 1/2 spoonful of crushed garlic, red pepper powder, soy sauce, and anchovy sauce.
STEP 7/10
Add Cheongyang red pepper for spicy taste.
STEP 8/10
Add the green onions and boil it.
STEP 9/10
It's just right to eat it, but I eat it salty, so I added a bit of salt.
STEP 10/10
Boil it one more time and finish!!!!!
If you don't like salt, you can taste it with salted shrimp
