My wife's favorite side dish I made a stir-fried barley shrimp and garlic stem that is delicious even if you eat it as it is. I can't believe I ate a plate without rice

Ingredients
  • Barley shrimp
    100g
  • a garlic stem
    1pack
  • Soy sauce
    1.5TS
  • Cooking oil
    1TS
  • Honey
    1TS
  • Sesame
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Bori shrimp is ready!!
If possible, remove the shrimp crumbs and prepare them.
STEP 2/10
Cut a bunch of garlic stems into appropriate sizes. About 5-6cm
STEP 3/10
Stir-fry the barley shrimp.
until golden.
On medium heat so that it doesn't burn.

Blanch the garlic stems that were cut in boiling water.
It'll take one minute.
Be careful because the crunchy texture disappears if you blanch it too much.

Add cooking oil to the stir-fried raw beef and stir-fry it a little more.

Put in the blanched garlic stems.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Add a tablespoon of healthy honey.

Don't parboil garlic seeds too much. Turn it on medium heat so that the shrimp doesn't burn!! Adjust the amount of honey and soy sauce according to your taste.^^
