Spicy ramen
The taste that my grandmother makes at home! I made ramen with grandma Park Makrye's recipe

Ingredients
  • Ramen noodles
    1ea
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • ripe kimchi
    1handful
  • Cucumber
    1/3ea
  • leek
    little
  • Soy sauce
    1.5T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Vinegar
    1/2T
  • Sesame
    enough
  • Salt
    1/2t
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Boil water in a ramen pot and cook ramen noodles
If you want to add more vegetables, you can also cut carrots and zucchini when the water boils and parboil them together. (I'll pass)

Place all seasoning ingredients in bowl while boiling ramen noodles
Soy sauce 1.5T, red pepper powder 1T, minced garlic 1T, sesame oil 1T, vinegar 1/2T, minced green onion, sesame seeds, salt 1/2t, sugar 1T
STEP 3/7
Take out the noodles and wash them in water and cool them down
STEP 4/7
Cut the vegetables and put them in the sauce
a handful of washed ripe kimchi, 1/4 onions, 1/3 cucumbers
STEP 5/7
Mix it all together
STEP 6/7
Mix the ramen noodles up and down with the seasoning with your hands. With a spoon, the sauce doesn't mix evenly and it's bland

Done! Delicious
It feels healthy and full. Grandma Park Makrye uses cherry tomatoes for decoration
