Beef brisket gochujang jjigae that you enjoy spicy

Panas, tofu, and peppers are often used for stews and stir-fries, so I make sure to buy them, and sliced beef and beef brisket are often sold cheaply, so I always bring a pack. Frozen beef brisket is not difficult to find here, but it's good to use in stew, so I use it well. Today, I made beef brisket red pepper paste stew, a spicy and appetizing stew. Cooking Steps

Let's start with the vegetables that will go in first. Cut the onions and pumpkins into 2cm squares. Cut the chives in half lengthwise, and cut them into 2cm apart. I cut the blue part gently and left it for garnish. Chop the cheongyang peppers to add to the spiciness, and cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom about 1cm, and remove the part attached to the bottom lightly to prepare it for easy to eat.

Cut the potatoes into large pieces and soak them in water to prevent browning.

I'll make the sauce now. 2T of red pepper paste, 1T of red pepper powder, 1.5T of soy sauce, 1T of cooking wine, 1/2T of minced garlic, 1/2t of pepper, and mix them well.

Put 600mL of water in a pot, put anchovies back in the bag, boil it for about 10 minutes to make the broth, remove the bag, add all the vegetable ingredients except peppers and enoki mushrooms, and add the prepared sauce when it boils up. And boil for about 4 minutes to blend in.
