Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Chop the onions. Chop the chives
STEP 2/7
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 3/7
Grill beef brisket and stir-fry onions when the meat is cooked
STEP 4/7
When onions are cooked, add seasoning and boil over high heat
STEP 5/7
Boil until there is little water left in the pan
STEP 6/7
Put beef brisket and onions on top of the rice
STEP 7/7
Place the yolk in the middle and sprinkle with chopped chives

    I packed lunch for my husband, but I have too much physics because it's a sudeng frying pan..crying I purposely put in 120mm, but the water doesn't boil down...Haha That's why it's perfect to eat only that meat, but it's bland if you eat it with rice. But it's still good!

    I couldn't take a picture because I was eating. I made four servings and enjoyed all four of them. There's no tsuyu, so I didn't put it in, but the rest of the seasoning is good. I thought 800 water would be too much If I put 600 in, it would have been salty. It was okay. ^^ Thank you for the good recipe^^
