STEP 1/7
To make tangerine tea, peel the tangerine first and clean up all the white parts. Then, you have to remove only the flesh from the inside the shell. Because there's no other machine, the hand has to act as that machine.
STEP 2/7
Put the bottle upside down in hot water and disinfect it. If you just put it in hot water, the bottle can break, so you can disinfect it using hot steam. <UNT_PHL> Or put soju in a cleanly washed container and leave it for about a day to disinfect. After disinfecting with soju, it's better not to just wash it and leave the scent of soju.
STEP 3/7
Wow, this is work, too. I thought it would be over soon, but to take out all the grains...I don't think it's easy to take time for this either. Eventually, I pulled out all the tangerine grains along with the juice. I prepared the sterilized bottle after cooling it down. The bottle cooled enough to take out the grains
STEP 4/7
Add honey to the tangerine grains and nectar. Honey would be much better than sugar. If you like sweet things, add more honey. And put it in a container.
STEP 5/7
Cover the tangerine tea in a container with a regular side dish cover with a rubber band. Because I need a rubber band.
STEP 6/7
Then, put the lid on and let it ripen in the refrigerator. The sweetness continues to circulate, and later you'll have a more delicious aged citrus tea.
STEP 7/7
It's citrus syrup that's matured for about 3 days. When I tasted it, it was refreshing and it felt like vitamins that stood out in my mouth!!! Oh... I'm fresh!! And it's sweet. If you boil hot water and scoop a lot of it and boil it, I think you won't dare to catch a cold. Coffee Friends citrus tea is complete.
