Making bibimbap with a rice cooker
Make bibimbap with vegetables that you can put in when you cook rice

Ingredients
  • Rice
    1cup
  • salted anchovies
    1T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • Radish
  • Young squash
    1/3ea
  • Carrot
    1/3ea
  • Shiitake mushroom
    1ea
  • Water
    250ml
  • red pepper paste
    2T
  • thick soy sauce
    0.5T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • plum extract
    1T
  • Sesame
    little
  • crushed garlic
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put 1 cup of rice into a rice cooker and mix it with 1T of anchovy sauce and 1T of sesame oil
STEP 2/8
Slice the vegetables
Cut carrot, zucchini, and radish into pieces one finger long
*You can also cut onions and radish kimchi and put it in
STEP 3/8
Place solid carrot slices and 1 shiitake mushroom (or 3 mushrooms) just over rice
STEP 4/8
Put radish and zucchini on top
Then pour a cup of water into a 250ml mug
STEP 5/8
Close the lid and cook for 35 minutes
STEP 6/8
While the rice is cooked, add all the seasoning ingredients and mix
Just as much as it fits the spoon, 2T red pepper paste, 1T sesame oil, 1T plum extract, 1T minced garlic, 0.5T dark soy sauce, and stir-fried sesame seeds

Seasoning is complete
STEP 8/8
Put it on top of the rice and enjoy it
When you don't have time, it's reliable and it's good to make it right away
