Prepare the flounder by cutting the flounder about 0.5cm thick.

Mix flounder, egg white, starch, rice wine, salt, and 1/2 spoon of cooking oil in a bowl.

Wash the ripe kimchi clean, remove the water, and slice it thinly about 4cm long.

Prepare ginger and garlic by slicing them into thin slices.

Put 2 spoons of cooking oil in a pot, stir-fry garlic and ginger, and then bake with the bones of the flounder.

When the fish bones are cooked to a certain extent, add 800ml of water and boil for about 20 minutes.

When the broth boils in a pot, add ripe kimchi, dried red pepper, Sancho powder, lime, and salt, and boil it for a while.
