Marinated grilled sea eel (air fryer dish)
I made grilled sea eel with sauce and had a meal with alcohol I ate eel food properly to rejuvenate my body. It's simple because it's an air fryer. Grilled eel with sauce It's my family's health food.

Cooking Steps

Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce to make the milk.

The grilled sea eel is salty.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
I ground the pepper and sprinkled it in plenty.
I've measured the eel for about 30 minutes to season it.
In the meantime, I made the sauce.

2 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide,
1 tablespoon ginger syrup, 2 tablespoon cooking wine
2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1/2 cup water,
Mix all the prepared seasoning evenly.
You can add a little more ginger juice and oligosaccharide instead of ginger grain syrup.
Add 1/2 cup (100ml) of water
Boil the sauce in half.

Chop the green onions and cabbage and soak them in cold water.
Take out the spicy taste of green onions.
Cabbage cabbage makes it fresh and crunchy.

If you make it oily, it not only catches the smell of eel, but also hardens the fish flesh, making it easy to grill.
The taste gets softer.
Put in the air fryer.

I set it at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

The eel was half cooked.
Take it out and put it on a plate.

I put in the tail and turned it back for the remaining 5 minutes at 200 degrees.

Cut the whole garlic in half

Boil 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt
