Cut cabbage, carrot, red cabbage, and lettuce into thin slices.

Prepare Ottogi apple vinegar, red pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar and red pepper powder in a small bowl.

Boil 5 cups of water, add Ottogi old noodles, boil for about 3-4 minutes, rinse thoroughly in cold water, and drain.
