Grilled quail legs in the oven
When you are in Germany, sometimes meat that is hard to get at the mart is sold like an event. It's not always there, it's like a limited sale. Duck meat, roe deer meat, rabbit meat, and so on The quail leg meat is here. Well, it was the first time for roe deer meat mentioned above, and I haven't tried rabbit meat yet, but it was also the first time for quail meat. Have you ever tried quail meat? It was a bit disappointing because it wasn't whole quail meat, but it was an interesting experience.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6

STEP 3/6
Step 1 Place all the vegetables on a baking paper oven tray.
And sprinkle salt and pepper.

Place in oven and bake at 200C for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 6/6
When it's cooked, put it on a plate and eat it deliciously.
I didn't do that in the video, but if you spray a little bit of cooking oil on top of quail meat, the meat will be grilled more deliciously.
