To get rid of the smell
1 large spoonful of soybean paste + 1/2 cup soju + green onion roots (optional)
(Water is enough to cover the ingredients)

When the soybean paste is mixed and the water boils
Put the washed pork skin and blanch it :)
STEP 4/9
You can take it out when the shell is rolled and dried :)
(About 3 minutes in boiling water)

Cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors

Season with salt and pepper
- I added 2 skewers of salt and a bit of pepper. :)

Put it in the air fryer
(180 degrees 5 minutes + 180 degrees 5 minutes upside down)
+ Turn it 180 degrees for 3 minutes depending on your preference

To give you a tip on eating pig skin!!!
When the skin gets cold, it's bound to get tough (Crying)
So, I turned it upside down for 5 minutes at 180 degrees and baked it for 5 minutes
As if you're warming up as much as you can eat as much as you want
I heat it up for 2 to 3 minutes each :)
Put it next to the air fryer and take it out little by little and eat it

Making grilled pork skin with air fryer
1. 1 large spoon of soybean paste + 1/2 cup of soju + green onion roots (optional), and when the water boils, blanch the pork skin
2. Cut into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper
3. Put it in an air fryer (180 degrees 5 minutes + flip it over and turn it 180 degrees 5 minutes) + turn it 180 degrees 3 minutes depending on your preference
4. Dip it in sesame oil sauce and eat it deliciously before it gets cold. Yum yum
