STEP 1/9
Slice the beef thinly. I think it'd be better if you shred it like it's for japchae^^
Chop paprika and onion into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
1 tablespoon of soy sauce with meat.a tablespoon of sugar. a tablespoon of sesame oil.half a tablespoon of minced garlic.Add a little sesame seeds and marinate, stir-fry the meat in a heated pan, three turns of canola oil.
STEP 3/9
Stir-fry onions on one side.
STEP 4/9
Stir-fry separately and when the onion smell comes up, mix it and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/9
Add paprika and stir-fry.
STEP 6/9
Boil the water in the next gas stove, and when it starts to boil, add the noodles and boil.
I didn't check the time to boil the noodles,
When it looks soft, lift a noodle and cut off the middle part until you can't see the white wick.
STEP 7/9
Add the noodles to the stir-fried ingredients^^
Never rinse spaghetti noodles in cold water!!!!!!
STEP 8/9
I added three tablespoons of noodle water, another tablespoon of soy sauce because it was bland, and stir-fried it.
I like soy sauce a lot.
If you use dark soy sauce from time to time, I think you need to adjust the amount of soy sauce.
STEP 9/9
They served it nicely in a bowl.
They also give me oranges and pickles, so a bowl..I cleared it.
